Yes, if necessary, you can buy packages of 250 and 500 points for RUB 299 and 499 respectively. The additionally purchased points must be used before the expiration of 30 days from the date of activation of the tariff plan. That is, if you have spent the previous 250 points in 29 days, you will have to use the purchased new 250 points in 1 day. Or think about switching to a tariff with subscription and unlimited number of points for modeling.
No, there is no charge for using the unit economy calculator. You can change the values in the calculator as much as you want until you finish editing the project and save it. You will need to create a new project to calculate new values.

On tariff plans with a point system, points must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused points after this period are reset to zero. But if you bought points and did not use the service, we will of course make a refund.

In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act", we will refund the monthly amount paid to you for the unused portion of the service. We will refund the money at your request if you have not used the service after purchasing any of the plans. However, if you have created projects, selected key phrases or made calculations in the calculator outside the demo mode, then you have used the service and therefore no refund will be possible.

Yes, you can always view the modeling results on the project tab in your account.
No, other users cannot see your projects unless you allow them. Each project has a default status of "Private", but you can change it to "Public". Then your project with its modeling metrics will be available for viewing in the public catalog. The directory is available for viewing only for authorized users, so it is not indexed by search engines, which means that your data will not get into the network under any conditions.

Your points balance is available in your account. In addition, for each action in the phase of semantic kernel formation, we display the cost of the request for recommending additional key phrases. Thus, you can accurately estimate your costs in points when working with the service.

Yes, you have the option to delete your account. A deleted account cannot be restored.
